Dr. Mark’s contribution, The Inner Game, was central to the development of the Google Cloud Way of Sales Coaching. The program was rolled-out globally to over a thousand sales leaders. It also went on to win two Gold Medals for Leadership Excellence at the Brandon Hall Awards in 2021 for Best Advance in Coaching and Mentoring and for Most Innovative Leadership Development program. The shifts I witnessed in leaders who adopted the Inner Game practices remains one of my greatest inspirations as a sales trainer. I cannot speak highly enough of the quality and importance of what Dr. Mark’s approach to training an optimal mind offers.
